Just so you know, I’m here now.

This project, a birth announcement, spoke to me for a number of reasons and I simply loved working on it.


The client asked me to design a unique birth announcement for her daughter, which gave me the opportunity to create a very personal welcoming to the world.

… and maybe just a teeny tiny bit bright.

Last year, I was asked to design an illustration for a Christmas card. It was one of my first commissions for a lettering-focused job and really fun to work on.

I had the idea to draw handlettered postcards with positive and encouraging messages and leave them at random places around the city for people to find.

For the love of drop caps.

When I first started to delve into the world of lettering, I created quite a few drop caps. Although some of them have never seen the light of day (and never will?), I quite like these!

I’ve never been to
New York …

… but that’s just between us, ok?

I’ve watched enough movies to know exactly what New York must look like (…or do I?)! I mean, everybody’s devouring donuts and playing basketball. All at the same time, right!? Right?

I came up with this design for a board game as part of my bachelor thesis.

You can’t actually play it, but it sure is nice to look at.
